Our objective is to continue our season with as few disruptions as possible, but the safety and well-being of our guests and staff is our priority. As such, we’ll be following instructions and recommendations from global and local authorities.

How to Sign Up: You can book your Bike Tour by phone: +34 672 216 124, on our website, or via email to bookings@cyclingmountains.com. You will receive a confirmation of your reservation within a 24 hours working day by email.
Deposit: To book a trip, a 20% of the total cost of the Bike Tour is required.
Final payments: The balance of your payment is due 90 days prior to the trip departure date. If we do not receive full payment before that date, your reservation will be subject to cancellation fees.
Pricing: Prices are per person based on double occupancy, quoted in Euros, and are set well in advance of the trip departure dates. Our prices can vary depending on a variety of cost factors, with peak travel dates being the most expensive. Prices may change during the course of the year. You can always find the most current prices on our website, or by contacting us.
Once you book your trip, your price is guaranteed. Prices cover costs during the trip only, they do not include airfare or taxi fare to and from the trip, unless mentioned otherwise. Trip prices include baggage transfers, porterage and all ground transportation during your trip. Please see the website for each trip for the specific details for all items included in the trip price.
If for some reason you have to cancel your Bike Tour, the cancellation must be confirmed in writing and the following charges will apply:

| Between 31 and 60 days prior to trip start | 50% Refund |
| Less than 30 days prior to trip start | No refund |
*For any cancellation minimum 31 days before the trip start, you may choose to keep your full trip deposit on account to use on a future Cycling Mountains Exclusive Bike Tour trip (to be used within 12 months) rather than paying a cancellation fee.
Trip Forms & Release of Liability: Guests are required to complete and sign our Release, Assumption of All Risks, and Binding Arbitration Agreement and the Personal Information Form. These forms will be sent to you by email and are to be filled and returned prior to final payment. We are unable to allow guests to participate in any aspect of a Cycling Mountains Exclusive Bike Tours trip without a signed release form.
We accept payments by debit card, credit card or bank transfer.
Cycling Mountains Exclusive Bike Tours reserves the right to make hotel and route modifications necessary due to circumstances beyond their control, they will inform participants as soon as possible.
Cycling Mountains Exclusive Bike Tours reserves the right to cancel the trip in which case all payments including the deposit will be refunded. This will constitute full settlement.
Exceptions to our cancellation policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather circumstances, terrorism, civil unrest, epidemics or the thread thereof, personal, family or medical emergencies or force majeure. There is no refund for arriving late or leaving a trip early. Private rooms, staterooms or any other extras asked by the client are considered part of the total trip cost and are subject to cancellation fees. We encourage guests to consider Travel Protection plans for cancellation reasons that fall outside of Cycling Mountains Exclusive Bike Tours‘ policy.
Cycling Mountains Exclusive Bike Tours reserves the right to suspend departures in cases of force majeure or the failure of third parties—such as hotels—to honor their reservations. Cycling Mountains Exclusive Bike Tours is not responsible for expenses that are incurred in preparation for any suspended trips, such as airline tickets, or for costs that are incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellations or illness. All policies are subject to change.
We encourage our guests to get their own travel insurance, especially during unstable circumstances. Please make sure to have an adequate travel insurance covering travel restrictions, accidents, personal injuries, evacuation and medical costs, loss of luggage and cancellations. Cycling Mountains Exclusive Bike Tours is not liable for personal injury, death, damage to property or other loss whether arising from accidents, cancellations, delays or any other matter beyond our control.
