More than 91 days before trip start | 100% Refund minus 100€ administrative fee |
| Between 61 and 90 days prior to trip start | 75% Refund |

*For any cancellation minimum 31 days before the trip start, you may choose to keep your full trip deposit on account to use on a future Cycling Mountains trip (to be used within 12 months) rather than paying a cancellation fee.
Trip Forms & Release of Liability: Guests are required to complete and sign our Release, Assumption of All Risks, and Binding Arbitration Agreement and the Personal Information Form. These forms will be sent to you by email and are to be filled and returned prior to final payment. We are unable to allow guests to participate in any aspect of a Cycling Mountains trip without a signed release form.
